Inclusive education is recognized as a fundamental approach to ensuring equal educational opportunities for all learners, regardless of their abilities, disabilities, or backgrounds. Despite significant progress in educational policies and practices, the effective implementation of inclusive education continues to face numerous challenges. These include inadequate teacher preparation, insufficient educational resources, inaccessible school infrastructure, negative societal attitudes, and limited collaboration among stakeholders. This article examines the major challenges affecting the implementation of inclusive education and discusses practical strategies for overcoming these barriers. The study emphasizes the importance of professional development for teachers, inclusive teaching methodologies, policy support, parental involvement, and the creation of accessible learning environments. Strengthening cooperation among educators, families, communities, and policymakers is essential for promoting successful inclusive education. The findings suggest that addressing these challenges through comprehensive and sustainable strategies can improve educational quality and ensure equal learning opportunities for every student.
