В данной статье приведены результаты собственных исследований результатов при дуплексном сканировании сосудов шеи, транскраниальной допплерографии сосудов головного мозга у больных с ВБН. При изучении венозного кровообращения, характерным для пациентов с венозной энцефалопатией, было выявление увеличение диаметра внутренней яремной вены, увеличение скорости кровотока и снижение индекса пульсативности базальной вены Розенталя, увеличение ЛСК и диаметра позвоночной вены.
