The article analyzes the issue of responsibility for hooliganism committed by a group of persons, and also considers the opinions of scientists about the signs of qualifying the crime of hooliganism and recognition of the crime as hooliganism committed by a group of persons, about forms of complicity, about simple complicity, about complex complicity, about the necessary signs of complicity, about recognition of a crime as a crime committed by a group of persons. In this regard, relevant proposals and recommendations were put forward.
