The article deals with the issues of crime prevention, crime prevention, activities of state bodies responsible for crime prevention regulated by certain legal acts, policies for the prevention and prevention of juvenile crime, the concept of prevention and prevention of offenses, types of prevention and prevention of offenses in the legislation of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus, neglect and homelessness of minors, opinions were expressed on the new system of crime prevention and crime control, measures of crime prevention, prevention of juvenile crimes.
