The main attention in the article is paid to the prevention and fight against corruption. Based on the experience of foreign scientists, methods of preventing this type of crime were analyzed. In addition, the types of prevention are considered, including the procedure, methods and mechanisms of special prevention, as well as theoretical conclusions on this issue. Also, this article analyzes the experience of foreign countries, as a result of which appropriate proposals and recommendations are proposed for improving methods and mechanisms for combating corruption.
