The legal reform being carried out in our country, the revision of the current legislation necessitates a clear understanding and consistent implementation of a coordinated and humane policy in the field of criminal justice. Such activities largely depend on the theoretical understanding of the main areas of criminal law and their real, correct reflection in the current legislation.
