Labour education for preschool-age children cannot be imagined without active manual work. Children feel a high level of interest in this type of activity. This factor has a positive effect on the general mental development of children. Artistic work is of particular importance for them as one of the components of aesthetic activity based on the artistic content of decorative and applied art. The article sets out the benefits of manual work for preschool-age children and the requirements placed on teachers.
