66 patients who had undergone dental implantation were under observation. Local ozone therapy was applied to the patients of the main group. Bacteriological analyses were carried out. It was recorded that the proposed combined method of treatment led to a reduction, both in quantity and in quality, of the microorganisms in the inflamed areas of the periodontium.
