Annotatsiya

Based on accelerometric analysis of the shot-put technique, a method for the conjugate development of specialphysical qualities and technical skills of qualified athletes using the rotational method has been substantiated. Its effectivenesshas been experimentally confirmed in a six-week pre-competition mesocycle focused on speed and strength
