В данной работе рассматривается теоретический анализ литературы по проблеме копинг-стратегий, а также анализ полученных данных в ходе исследования обучающейся молодежи в процессе обучения. Особое внимание уделяется анализу факторов, влияющих на развитие копинг-стратегий у молодежи, а также разработке рекомендаций, позволяющих эффективно справляться со стрессовыми ситуациями как в ходе обучения, так и в дальнейшей профессиональной деятельности.
