This article is devoted to the identification of clinical and pathogenetic features of ischemic stroke and risk factors leading to it in women with metabolic syndrome. In our study, we identified body mass index, waist circumference (obesity level), lipid spectrum disorders, and blood glucose levels as the main predictors of adverse outcomes of ischemic strokes. We identified psychosocial factors as the main cause of psychovegetative disorders.
