Getting to know the human mind with a variety of information through news agencies, social networks, and TV channels creates chaos in the minds of adults and children. Able to analyze, draw objective conclusions, listen and understand without nurturing critical thinking based on childhood; It is difficult to develop a generation capable of engaging in discussion on the basis of constructive dialogue and tolerance. Diagnostics of knowledge, worldview and level of students of higher educational institutions brings satisfactory results. At a time when higher education teachers are firmly convinced that they know exactly what their students need, plan and conduct very interesting events, they have a completely different mindset. To be honest, quite often the form of a tutor's hour in groups is a conversation: students want to walk and go on excursions, spiritual events or entertainment programs (according to the survey "group tutors in the eyes of students"). Often a teacher considers himself the best in everything, because his age is older, more experienced, smarter than students. Students of higher educational institutions (universities, institutes), on the contrary, want to see a friend, a mentor, a partner with whom they can argue, because, as everyone knows, this is how truth is born.62
