The article analyzes the artistic interpretation of national mentality in the prose of Shukur Kholmirzaev. It examines how the writer reflects the features of Uzbek national consciousness, traditions, andmoral values through a system of images, character portrayals, narrative language, and everyday details.Special attention is paid to the relationship between the individual character of the protagonists and the collective experience of the people, as well as to the role of realistic depiction of daily life in revealing the nationalspirit.
