This article explores the artistic characteristics, rhyme scheme, meter, and figurative tools of poetic extracts cited in Mahmud al-Kashgari's Dīwān Lughat al-Turk. The poetic craftsmanship and genre diversity of Turkic poetry in the work are highlighted.
