The article examines the essence, goals and tasks of the branding concept. In particular, the classification of branding types is fully disclosed. Also, the concept of image, its stages, methods, and its relationship with branding are covered. Image-forming instruments, PR technologies used in them, stages of personal image formation, main strategies are analyzed.
