The article examines the sincere friendly relations between the Turkic peoples, in particular between the Kazakhs and Karakalpaks, which are widely reflected in Kazakh poetry. In particular, the poetess Fariza Ongarsynova, who visited Karakalpakstan on a working visit, notes the hospitality and brotherhood of the Karakalpak people, and also shares her impressions of the city of Nukus. She expresses her ardent love not only through the description of the appearance of Nukus, but also through the depiction of her sincere feelings for her kindred people using the image of Nukus.
