Complications of facial nerve neuropathy occurs in 25-30% of the population in Europe and Asia. The paper analyzes the clinical and neurological features of facial nerve contractures in the examined patients. In scientific work, 163 (100%) patients were examined, of which 66 (40.5%) were men, 97 (59.5%) were women, whose average age was 43 ± 3.4 years. The effectiveness of a differentiated approach to the treatment of severe and complicated forms of facial neuropathy has been proven.
