62 patients with CKD were examined, 22 of them with CKD stage I-II, 20 with CKD stage III, 20 with CKD stage IV. A questionnaire was conducted to identify limitations in daily activity, neuropsychological testing was performed using the MоСА scale, and a test to assess regulatory functions. To clarify the etiology of chronic cerebral ischemia, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was performed. In patients with chronic renal failure (CKD stages III-IV), cerebrovascular insufficiency was detected more often than in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD stages I-II).
