Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide, with the greatest burden falling on low- and middle-income countries. Tashkent lacks a unified stroke registry, and incidence statistics from different sources diverge substantially, which complicates the planning of stroke services. This study examined the clinical-epidemiological and organizational problems in the delivery of care for acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA), based on a three-year observation in the emergency department of City Clinical Hospital No. 7 using the mobile application Strokemob.uz. The observation revealed pronounced structural and organizational barriers in stroke care and the absence of reliable registry statistics. The developed Strokemob.uz application is proposed as a scalable tool for standardized, real-time epidemiological data collection, applicable in resource-limited settings.
