Under our observation there were 71 patients with the established diagnosis of "postcovid syndrome" with neurological manifestations. In quantitative analysis of the state of cognitive functions on the MMSE scale as a whole, cognitive disorders were observed in 71.6% of cases in the group of patients with PS. Cognitive impairment was observed in 65.4% of patients, mild dementia disorders in 33.0% of patients and moderate dementia in 1.6% of cases. The results of the study allow us to attribute cognitive impairment to one of the most frequent manifestations of PS.
