The article examines the processes related to the development of the digital economy, its role and importance in the economy, innovative conditions and factors for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship. Innovative development of small business and entrepreneurship and its existing problems have been studied in the conditions of digitization. Data on small business and entrepreneurship were analyzed over the years. Scientific proposals and practical recommendations on the formation of ways of innovative development of entrepreneurship in our country arc presented.
