In this article, in the implementation of reforms in the field of postal communication in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, the role and importance of postal communication enterprises, the development of the types of services provided by them, the digitization of the activities of communication departments, and the level of service in postal communication enterprises according to world standards.
