Xizmatlar sohasi aholining barcha qatlamlarini qamrab oladi va jamiyatda sodir bo'layotgan deyarli barcha ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy jarayonlarga ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, bu csa mazkur masalaning qanchalik muhim va ahamiyatli ckanligini ko‘rsatib bcradi.
