Wide spread of dental caries and periodontal disease among the population, especially their high intensity in children requires dentists, dental society to develop and take the necessary broad measures of protection and prevention, to reduce and prevent these diseases. The consequences of dental caries and periodontal disease are chronic inflammatory processes of maxillofacial area and loss of teeth in the end. At present it is known that in the occurrence of these diseases are important microorganisms and poor hygienic condition of the oral cavity. Level of cleanliness and mouth between these diseases has inverse proportional relationship. Where high oral hygiene, so low prevalence and intensity of dental caries and periodontal diseases. Recommended methods of educating children to the individual oral hygiene is an integral part of an integrated system of prevention of dental diseases. Method and place of hygienic preventive measures are shown in the article. Instilling an early childhood children with individual oral hygiene in this manner is massive, covering preschool and school age, so by increasing the sanitary culture, helps to improve health and prevent the spread of the intensity of dental caries and periodontal diseases.
