Neuropathy of the facial nerve is one of the urgent problems of neurology, and the urgency of the problem is determined by the frequency of complications arising from this pathology. The paper analyzes the neuroimaging study of the examined patients with neuropathy of the facial nerve. In scientific work, 163 (100%) patients were examined, of which 66 (40.5%) were men, 97 (59.5%) were women. It has been proven that in severe forms of facial nerve neuropathy, MSCT of the temporal bone with measurement of the Fallopian canal is a necessary procedure for timely diagnosis and prognosis of complicated forms of the disease.
