This article presents the current state of the art on acute cerebrovascular accident in stroke. The risk of developing acute disorders of cerebral circulation in men and women over 55 years old doubles every 10 years (Fonarov G.C., 2010). At the same time, 75-89% of strokes develop after 65 years, 50% of them after 70 years and 25% in patients over 85 years old (Bejot U., 2010). The aim of our study was to conduct a retrospective clinical and statistical characterization of patients with cerebral stroke (MI) according to the data of the medical histories of patients with MI of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of Bukhara for a period of 10 years (2009-2019).
