Electrometric and morphological studies of hard tissues of teeth during their selective grinding

Annotatsiya

This work was based on the examination and treatment of 66 patients aged 16 to 60 wars, applied for a dental clinic of prosthetic dentistry and orthodontics Tashkent Medical Academy. To determine the resistance of dental caries we conducted electrometric method for diagnosis of determining the degree of demineralization of hard tissues (Leontiev V.K. etaL 1982). Grinding of the election was conducted in the study group, in which the determination of resistance to decay electrometer figure was zero. To determine the depth of the etched hard dental tissues, we investigated the structure of hard tissue of teeth before and after the pro phosphoric acid etching. Investigation of the structure of hard tissues of the teeth was performed using scanning electron microscopy. The alignment of the occlusion by selective grinding of the teeth chemical process does not cause significant damage to structures lays bare the hard tissue of teeth in patients with high resistance to decay, and even deep pickling dentinal tubules retain their structure.
