Department Anesthesiology. Rheanimatology and Intensive therapy of Kyrgyz State Medical Academy under the name of I.K. Akhunbaev. In article different remedies local apphcation by its irrigation of postoperative wound, uith the aim of postoperative anesthesia, its influence to anesthesia flew and acuteness of postoperative pain syndrome was investigated. On the data obtained the conclusion of advisability of this method usmg on scheme of postoperative anesthesia were done.
