The article presents the results of study auditory function in 179 patients with pre- stroke forms of cerebrovascular disorders with arterial hypertension. Study of effects hypotensive therapy in treating main disease to functional condition of hearing in these patients, that permits determine not only early signs destroying of brain-organ target of essential hypertension, but also evaluates degree of discirculation disorders.
