In this paper, the study of hearing loss in children with congenital cleft palate in 61.1% of cases diagnosed otitis media with effusion. For the treatment of exudative otitis media in children with congenital cleft palate author suggested conducting a comprehensive stage treatment consisting in pre conservative therapy, failing which the conduct or its inefficiency, made surgical treatment.
