Investigated the influence of black cumin oil on the micro flora of wounds in the complex treatment of acute odontogenicosteomylites in children. We applied black cumin oil when exposed to the wound 6-8 day of treatment for acute odontogenicosteomylites is completely cleansed of pathogenic and opportunistic microflora- pathogenic reduces clinical sings of local as well as improves the overall clinical picture.
