106 patients were treated in Samarkand branch of Tashkent State Stomatological institute. For the investigation of quality and quantitative structures of microflora in the socket of extracted tooth was carried out microscopical and microbiological investigation. It was revealed that in the majority of cases post extractive socket was seed with associations of microorganisms, among which are often occurred in the associations of staphylococcus and streptococcus. In the second group (on background of eludrile treatment) was marked five times reductions the quality of microorganisms, streptococcus till 0.5x106 koe/mL staphylococcus till (1.25x105 to 0.25x105). Using of eludrile and absence of any contraindications allow to prevent influence of microorganisms to a tooth socket, to control painful syndrome, to accelerate reparative-proliferative processes in the socket.
