Study of the effective use of bandaging device on the basis of natural silk in ambulatory maxillofacial surgery. 42 patients were under survey, which had gone under bisection, cystectomy, and resection of root apex, resection of the whole root surgeries, coronary-radicular separation, and extraction of a tooth. There was a high clinic efficiency of silk bandaging material in comparison to cotton material. Silk bandaging material can be used as an agent of choice in ambulatory dentofacial surgery in the complex treatment content for draining post-operation wounds, and as a protective bandage after surgery interferences in the oral cavity.
