Periodontal disease is a common disease cause significant damage to human health. The main indication for orthopedic treatment in the form of splinting teeth, according to most authors is their abnormal mobility. In the mechanism of inflammation play an important role in periodontal gemomikrotsirkulyatsii violation. After combined treatment with splinting patients with chronic generalized periodontitis of moderate severity and eliminate functional overload periodontal in both groups of patients the level of capillary blood flow and measure the standard deviation of blood flow oscillation amplitude increased almost 2-fold compared with the original data, and temporary splinting for influence microcirculation does not yield constant.
