With the purpose of improving the methods of adenoid hypertrophy diagnostics in children 76 patients at the age of 2-14 have been seen. Besides traditional methods of investigation (history, rhinoscopy, pharingoscopy, otoscopy, palpation of pharynx) the method of rigid endoscopy have been applied. The comparative picture revealed significant informativety of rigid endoscopy, complete visualization of the pathologic areas and presents therapeutic programs.
