In the present article epidemiological research on studying of distribution of con-genital pathologies of malformations (CPM) is conducted and congenital cleft lip and palate (CCP) in Bukhara area for the period with 2005 for 2009 more truly. Frequen-cies of physiognomies-daemosti of children with noted pathologies are in details cha-racterised. It has been shown that CCP meets higher frequency, than others CPM. Such congenital anomalies of development as the congenital heart disease and a syndrome of Down, were the most widespread pathologies CPM.
