Выявление особенностей изменений твердых и мягких тканей органов полости рта у больных, страдающих психическими заболеваниями. Материал и методы: обследованы 147 больных, находящихся на лечении в городской психиатрической больнице №1 города Ташкента и на кафедрах психиатрии Ташкентской медицинской академии. Больных шизофренией было 43. эпилепсией 69. алкогольным психозом 35. Давность заболевания - от 1-го года до 36 лет. Результаты: у больных, страдающих эпилепсией. что в отличие с практически здоровых лиц. отмечается более высокое поражение зубов кариесом (81.16%) и заболеваниями пародонта (88.41%). Частыми были случаи генерализованной формы патологической стираемое™ (44.2%). Выводы: клинико-стоматоскопические исследования показали, что состояние зубов, тканей пародонта и слизистой оболочки полос™ рта при психических заболеваниях имеют характерные признаки поражения. Степень выраженное™ этих поражений зависела от формы и продолжительное™ основной патологии
