Цель: ранняя профилактика речевых нарушений у детей с использованием современных средств миофункциональной коррекции - силиконовых эластичных трей-неров «Infant» и оценка ее эффективности. Материал и методы: под наблюдением были 118 детей, из них 65 девочек и 53 мальчиков, у которых выявлен приблизительно одинаковый тип психофизиологического развития. С родителями детей проводилась беседа о целесообразности применения миофункциональных тренажеров «Infant» во время пребывания детей в детском саду. 1-ю группу составили 62 (52,5%) ребенка, из них 34 девочки и 28 мальчиков. Результаты благодаря совместной работе педиатра, логопеда и стоматолога при раннем выявлении миофункциональных нарушений более 90% потенциальных ортодонтических пациентов избежали операции по ортодонтическим и ЛОР-показаниям, а речевые проблемы у них корректировались гораздо быстрее и эффективнее. Выводы: регулярное использование трейнера позволяет выработать у ребенка правильное положение языка в покое и при глотании, а также устранить межзубный сигматизм, столь часто встречающийся у детей, длительно находившихся на искусственном вскармливании.
