In this article, the current study of the doctrine of Maturidism is discussed dividing it into four parts. The first part is entitled “The Five Truths” and it deals with some of the truths that have caused the doctrine of Maturidism to remain in the academic circle to this day. Entitled “Existence in the Academic Circle”, the second part reveals that among scholars, the teaching is still being studied as an object of research. It is known that research on the doctrine of Maturidism is conducted in two directions. The first, they are conducted by groups whose name is “high” but in fact, limited in terms of time period and place - Wahhabism and fanatical groups influenced by it. The second direction is scientific research, which has been conducted in several areas, comparatively, horizontally, vertically, in terms of research areas and interests. The third part is devoted to the scientific study of the doctrine of Maturidiyya on an international scale, and it reviewed the research and works carried out in Egypt, Turkey, the Arab world, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Great Britain, Germany. Studies have shown that extensive research has been conducted in Al-Azhar on the study of the doctrine of Maturidism. The fourth part is to inform the public about what is known in the scientific community. After all, this is considered to be one of the ways to spread moderation and balance throughout the world. At the end of the article, conclusions and recommendations on the topic were given.
