The article examines milk and dairy products as one of the traditional food categories of the Karakalpak people. It also provides a comprehensive overview of the impact of these traditional products on human health. The study is based on field data collected in the Turtkul, Kanlykul, and Takhtakupyr districts. The findings indicate that dairy products are rich in biologically active components, particularly vitamins and minerals. Therefore, dairy products continue to occupy a central place in the daily diet of the population.
