This article analyzes the political, economic, and cultural development of the Bukhara Khanate during the reign of Ubaydullah Khan. It describes his contribution to construction and architecture, including the building of the Mir Arab Madrasah, Mehtar Qosim Bridge, and Mirak Said Giyas Garden. The article also highlights the architectural features and educational role of the Mir Arab Madrasah.
