The article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the social danger of terrorist crimes. Analyzed the national legislation on terrorist crimes, as well as the opinions of experts in the field of criminal law and criminology. As a result of the analysis carried out in the article, the factors influencing the public danger of terrorist crimes have been identified.
