Annotatsiya

This article reveals the specific features of statehood in Central Asia in the 9th-12th centuries. It is shown that, especially during the Samanid era, state political administration has not lost its significance to the present day. It provides an opportunity to compare the political, economic, and cultural development of states during this period. Information is provided about the life and work of thinkers of the First Renaissance, such as Ibn Sina, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Nasr Al-Farabi, and Musa al-Khwarizmi. The importance of the development of the communications sector is also shown. This article is of great importance in educating young people in the spirit of patriotism and prepares the ground for young people to contribute to the Third Renaissance in New Uzbekistan.
