This article discusses the issue of realizing the rights and opportunities provided by the state in connection with the conditions created in our country for all nations and nationalities. In particular, on the example of the national cultural centers of the German diaspora of Uzbekistan "Wiedergeburt" in Tashkent, Ferghana, Samarkand and Bukhara, their ethnic and cultural identity and connection with their historical homeland are observed.
