The article provides a scholarly analysis of the concepts of “female leader” and “modern woman” in contemporary Uzbekistan. The author examines the historical development of leadership theories, masculine and feminine leadership models, as well as their specific features in social practice. In particular, the article highlights the role of women in socio-political life, their emotional sensitivity in leadership, inclination toward cooperation, and empathy as key factors ensuring effective governance. The study also substantiates the social significance of women leaders through the example of the “super-leader” concept and feminine leadership models proposed by modern scholars. Thus, the article elaborates on the social status of women leaders in Uzbekistan, their contribution to societal development, and their role in the process of achieving gender equality.
