The article examines the historical development and modern stages of the personnel training system in the field of civil protection in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the local air raid defense staffs and training system that ensured rear-line security during the Second World War, as well as the institutional development of preparing citizens for emergencies in the post-war period. The activities of the Civil Protection Institute and the MES Academy established after independence, including personnel training, master's programs, practical exercises, and simulation centers, are highlighted. The role of the “Temurbeklar School” military-lyceum and the Initial Training Center is also analyzed.
