The article highlights the integration of chemical research with industry in Uzbekistan during the 1930s–1940s. It emphasizes the training of specialists at universities and research institutions, as well as the organization of applied studies at the Chirchik Electrochemical Plant and major enterprises. The research conducted in organic and physical chemistry, petroleum and coal chemistry, and fertilizer technology during this period significantly contributed to the development of national science and industry.
