Annotatsiya

Central Asia has long been famous for its rare metals, gold and silver mines. The extraction and use of these products began in the Bronze Age, and this process became important for the deepening of the division of labor, the change of social relations, the development of new lands as a result of the improvement of labor tools, as well as the economic development of the ancient population. The conditions of Central Asia were not favorable for the early development of agriculture, and the use of metal was not important in the lives of the people living near the mountains. For the development of metallurgy, the presence of metal ore, including gold, copper, and iron, was of great importance. Ancient copper mines and ore smelting furnaces have been found in ancient places in Karakalpakstan. В данной статье раскрывается роль территории Узбекистана в горнодобывающей истории Средней Азии. На основе данных археологических исследований проанализирована история горнодобывающей промышленности Узбекистана.
