In this article, the place and the importance of the main point of international compatible and toleranceby providing for the social stability in our country, and the idea of compatible, it’s maintenance and essence, the main attention by the state for the nationalities and the people who live in our country, some reforms are being carried out for them is emphasized. And also the opinion of some peculiarities on hospitality, kindness, soul generosity and tolerance are always depended on our people is given.
