In this study, the main organic acids in As-Infusum herbal infusion were quantified using HPLC. Results indicated that citric acid is the dominant component, oxalic and tartaric acids are present at moderate levels, and succinic acid at a lower concentration. This study provides a chemical profile for evaluating the infusion’s bioactive properties.
